These vehicles are driven by "Incident Commanders" which are basically patrol supervisors. They previously drove Tahoes and possibly these will replace them in their fleet.

Yeah, I'm no fan of the small Chevy's either. I don't mind them as unmarked detective cars, or for other light duty assignments, but not for everyday patrol duty.
