you guys are funny. i do agree though the spot light is too high. i think the grave yard is the right place for these cars anyway.

Hey Bozo, he's talking about Gran Furys, not St Regises like you show him pictures of. They have different dashesboards.
________________________________
What the hell is a dashesboard, pin head? If you're refering to a DASHBOARD, they're all the same and the parts are interchangeable in the GranFury, St Regis and Newport R-bodies of 1979-81.
Here's a GranFury with a correctly mounted spotlight.

Now go play in the street.

I just happened across a similar car as pictured above. These spot lights are as correct as they're going to be. The dashboard in these cars is about the size of a flight deck on a carrier. The spot lights must be mounted about mid way up the A pillar to clear the dashboard edge.

Great Cars!

You're joking, right? The correct mounting point is about 3" up from the the bottom of the pillar.

You've got to stop reading the Mopar board.

What would Tater and S.P.I.T. think of the spot light placement on these R bodies?

this is why we need a national guideline written by Tater.
