How can you think that these cars look ugly? One of the sweetest patrol cars I have seen. A lot better than than impalas or CV's!!

The rear quarter am/fm antenna was only on the 2005 models.

I am pretty sure the antenna came out on the 06 CVs, not the 05

I think that the black cars are the new ones while the white ones are the older ones. This one has 2005 tires, but doesn't have the rear quarter panel antenna that came standard on all 2005 PIs, so maybe these tires are just replacement tires for an earlier 2003-2004. Also, the black one has a newer lightbar, but that's just my take on it.
