THE O.H.P. USED THOSE LARGE ROTATOR BEACONS UP TO THE EARLY 90'S ON THE CAPRICE CLASSIC

Guest JOETEX... wrote: Monday, March 5, 2007 - 5:31

Guest JOETEX... wrote: Monday, March 5, 2007 - 4:46

LOOKS TO ME LIKE EITHER A LISENSE @WEIGHT UNIT OR ONE OF THOSE THAT THE DISPATCHERS OR OTHER OFFICIALS USE NOT STATE TROOPERS

Guest JOETEX... wrote: Monday, March 5, 2007 - 4:14

DID THOSE TWO UNITS COLIDE INTO EACH OTHER?

This is a great picture. Excellent details with the lettering and door shield. Did NHP use the 73 Polara's? I have yet to see any photos of any 73 Dodges.

Did NHP ever use slick tops instead of light bars on their late 60, early 70's Dodge vehicles?

Guest bill! wrote: Monday, November 27, 2006 - 1:02

definitely shows the durability of the twinsonic. the roof let go before the mounts did!

five dollars says that if you kicked that lightbar out from under the car it would go over.

that what you get for filing a lawsuit with ford.

the hilarious part is that its probably still in service, and probably will be until well into the next decade.

I'm happy to see that a Dodge Durango finally made it in the ranks of a police fleet.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Uh, Dodge Durangos have been in use by police departments almost since they were released. Denver PD had them in service back in 1997.
Guest Joe A wrote: Sunday, November 19, 2006 - 19:30
I don't see a single Polara in the picture. Those are Monacos and Royal Monacos.
A Ford Taurus Police car in the Nations' Capital. How embarrasing!!!
Anonymous wrote: Sunday, November 19, 2006 - 19:13
Those Dodge Polaras were the best damn cop cars ever made.
Anonymous wrote: Sunday, November 19, 2006 - 19:02
Why the hell would any Police Dept buy an Aspen? They were horrible. I should know, I had one.
