some people are just strange. maybe he blurs them so that Ossama Bin Laden can't duplicate the whole car to use as a car bomb at the local swimming pool.

why blur the plates??? its not some kind of undercover car..

BTW the plate is RMPD1

If they really want to see the plates on this car, they can look in my album.

DuPage only has one of these white Fords left.

Guest nameless wrote: Wednesday, August 11, 2004 - 0:58

this vehicle now serves as a CSO car and has amber lights. DuPage K-9's are moving into Ford Explorers from older vehicles.

Where did you get the passenger side spotlight bracket??? I've been looking everywhere?? about 2 years now.

Mark-

I emailed you two years ago when you asked the first time. I told you we got the brand-new 1956 brackets from Unity when we did the restoration on this car in 1997.

No, it's not a dragster. The Ford Ranger is a rollover simulator to show people the dangers of not wearing seatbelts. The cab rolls over and the dummies inside fly out.

That's cool.

Guest Paul wrote: Thursday, July 29, 2004 - 9:51

Is that a dragster? How do they get it on/off the trailer??

It's too bad Chevy doesn't make these Impala SSs anymore. I had one as my personal vehicle and loved it. This one looks too cool with the LED light bar on it!

Too bad my department never bought any!
