CPP is the Central Park Precint. Its part of the Patrol Borough Manhattan North.

No, traffic enforcement officers are those guys who were directing traffic in the intersections when we cruised Manhattan at the NYC show. They drive dark blue vehicles, not white. This is assigned to CPP, whatever that means. Some NYer will know what division that is.
