Does anybody know if they used the 'Gran Fury' in '77? According to 'Car & Driver' in 1977 (A Civilian Bear Spotters Guide) - the primary cruiser was the 'Royal Monaco', while the 'Gran fury' was the secondary cruiser. I thought this might be a 'typo' as I grew up in N.Y. and never saw one - or a photo of one either.

The Car looks great and the only way you knew it was a Road car and not the Thruway car was the Thruway car colors were reversed.

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT. I REMEMBER THESE GROWING UP. I REMEMBER NY & NJ PORT AUTHORITY ALL YELLOW CARS. TOO MUCH LIKE TAXI'S! BUT THIS LOOKS GREAT.
