He's got a Bulova Ordinance watch normally issued to the Army during WWII when this guy was in the military in the European theater. This watch has a 17 jewel Bulova 10AK movement. This watch also has that nice winding crown and blue steel hands w/ rhadium inserts. By the way he also replaced the band with a Speidel Twist-o-Flex metal band. How's that?

You are all crazy!! I used a magnifying glass to read the VIN number on the dash, which revealed this is OBLIVIOUSLY a 1999 Cadillac Deville. It is also a Spittle County, Florida Constable’s car. They only put “state police” on the roof to trick people. Now, can any of you tell me what kind of watch that guy is wearing? THAT would be impressive.

Did this guy go around the US in 78-81 and get a picture of a trooper, from each state, in front of a car? That is pretty cool if he did.

Ford didn't make big full-size LTDs. That is a Crown Victoria. The LTD was much smaller.

This car is an LTD as you cannot see any "Custom" logos present on the back quarter panel. Since it's an LTD it could only be a 1977 or 1978 for CTSP as they had the "Custom" models before 1977. Also, based on the lightbar this car might be a 1977 or very early model 1978 as in 1978 CTSP started using a single light strobe that had the bigger dome from Whelen. This car also would have been equipped with the "C" coded 460 Police Interceptor motor as that's the only motor that CTSP spec'd out for the Fords. The CTSP museum owns a 1978 Ford LTD with the same color blue but with the newer light mounted on it.

That is clearly a 70's Ford LTD.
