It was paid for and delivered but then it was parked in the back of their municipal garage to be used as a spare motor pool car. Well, 19 years later it only has 14,000 miles on it. THAT'S LESS THAN 1000 MILES PER YEAR!! This cream puff is a super tight, super sweet runner that needs nothing. It's still fully equipped with all the lights and sirens. But, it won't go cheap.
