This is Dave Arnold of Grants, NM. I own this web site. I am the one, along with my moderators, who have asked you to stop posting on this site. Your static Cox.net IP address is visible to us every time you post.

I will ask you once more: stop posting here or I will file a complaint with Cox Cable's abuse department. All of this is being documented.

Do not post here AGAIN. If you want to send threats or take action against any of these "perceived harassers", again, my name is Dave Arnold of Grants, NM.

"george", did I not tell you to find somewhere else to play? Now you are trying to make us believe you are an Iowa trooper?

Nice sign on this trooper's garage. Now, if only they could take the red and green above his garage and slap 'em on top of his or her slick-top...

I don't know the reason that Iowa troopers don't have cages. However usually state troopers have to carry a lot of paperwork and equipment in their squads that local officers are able to keep at their PD. This is due to the fact that state officers deal with many differnt local jurisdictions and are often working many miles from their headquarters. A lot of state agencies transport prisoners in the front seat and use the back seat to store paperwork and equipment. Therefore a lot of troopers would prefer a squad without a cage.

I have always liked the Iowa cruiser. I recall someone told me about a budget thing with installing prison cages in the back along with traditional looks. I have yet to see 1 car with a prisoner barrier in ISP. Maybe my luck or just seeing supervisor cruisers but are there any that have a cage?
