According to the website the DLLR handles professional licensing, horse racing, and unemployment issues. Why would they need a fully marked police car with lights and siren for those duties.

All the green on the car is paint, the rest is all graphics. This I know as I am the one who paints and installs this package. It is all done in house by the dept. tech. Me

This photo is used from Tomar. They wanted a pic of their lightbar on the Charger so they can advertise. I tried to use other pics but for whatever reason the format would not accept them. If you want to see the other pics of the chargers shoot me an e-mail. I also have pics of the design on a crown vic
