ADPS officer Al Marchand with old unit markings. Retired in 2000 and was working for the airlines during 9/11. He passed on 9/11/01 onboard one of the flights striking the twin towers during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Picture taken prior to his retirement with ADPS.
