    Oh yeah, I forgot. Parks Enforcement are the only ones who drive the white jeeps. The rest of the NYC Parks Department drives jeeps and vans that are solid green with a white maple leaf on the front doors. That's the primary way to tell the law enforcement branch from everyone else. "Parks Enforcement" only appears on the patch on the door.

    No, they're not armed. They are the branch of the city Parks Department that enforces the rules and regulations of the parks. I suppose they should be considered peace officers. They have arrest, ticket, and summons powers withing the parks, and they give support to NYPD during parades and marathons and things like that.

    nyc parks , has a seperate unit thats enforces parks rule, they issue summones and make arrest

    IS THE NYC PARKS A LAW ENFORCMET BRANCH...IT DOES NOT SAY ON THE BRONCO POLICE OR ANY THING THAT WOULD IDENTIFY IT AS L/E
