The push bumper is a "Go Rhino" push bumper.

it looks like a setina bar, and the wehicle is indeed 4wd.

does anyone know what kind of push bumper that is. I have a tahoe and would like to put one like that on.

When I saw this picture, I could not distinguish in between Four-wheel drive of Chevy Tahoe and rear-wheel drive of Chevy Tahoe.

Although this was the older Ford Expedition Police vehicle, the OHP probably had newer Ford Expedition Police vehicles.

This is the Star SVP bar with 5 rotators, front/rear facing red/blue LED's, 4 corner strobes in the lightbar. Flashing takedown lights and alley lights.

Since this picture was taken, this car has now been slick topped and outfitted with numerous LED lights and strobes.

Looks like it may be a "star sabre" lightbar made by signal vehicle products. I've never seen one on an actual police vehicle before, only in catalogs.

what kind of lightbar do they have i have never seen one like that.

Look at the photo a little closer. See the other car in the background? This picture was taken almost 50 yrs ago. You may want to try looking on eBay or contacting Unity directly.
