Seems to me that someone here has a personal grudge against a certain officer. If this "Rogers" message is a subtle but "implied-threat" that apparently includes knowledge of this officer's current place of residence, then I sincerely hope that Tigard PD and others out there are well - aware of "Rogers".

Sorry, but "Rogers" type of post here scares me, especially when they say, "Why is this parked at your house."

This type of post just screams, "I (disgruntled criminal) know where you live."
