Both Lexington County and Richland County get every bit of good out of their cars before they sell them. Buy a used one and you will see what I mean, been there done that have the scars to prove it.

LCSD has the most basic police cars. Nothing to them. Richland county has the best in cars and equipment.. But what can I say. Sheriff Mett of LCSD has aways been known to squander money on everything but law enforcement.
