No matter what Crown Victoria Package this car is, the car is a very sharp looking squad. I think the black grill and black stripe under the trunk lid/tail lights would look even sharper though.

Hey annonymous. You didn't set anything straight. There is a P-71 street appearance package which above car is. Also, as of the last two years, even the civilian P-73 (base) and P-74 (LX) models now have color matched "B" pillars, just like the P-71's. The P-74s mainly come with alloy rims.

I will set the record straight. The PI model don't include the street appearance package 'P71', per say. But the crown victoria heavy duty in a P74 HPP street package has everything the PI 'P71' has but more, IE chrome. How to tell that it is a police car is the B-pillar color coded. Notice it is the same color on police cars and not black. there you go. The answer from a person that equips police cars for a living. i will say that the State Transport color is a color you will not find on a car lot. it is a color made just for the SCTP. The stealth package decals is cool. Guess you guys have not seen the FORD ranger and f150 construction truck the SCTP use either. love the new 17" rims on the crown P71-P74

Most South Carolina Squads have the street appearance package. It is likely because the State gets the cars with that package and then departments use a state bid to get the cars cheaper, which in turn gets their cars with the same specs as the state cars.

Nah, he'd rather baffle us with his brilliance.

Actually, you can order the CVPI with the street appearance package, which includes the chrome grill and doesn't have the black strip on the bumper. Do your homework buddy.

We'll take your word for it, JoeTARD. After all you are THE expert. But don't be surprised if a whole lot of people tell you they've never seen a Crown Vic with GILLS.

THIS CAR APEARS TO BE A NORMAL CROWN VIC NOT A CVPI ,,CVPI'S DONT HAVE CHROME GILLS NOR THE CHROME STRIP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TAIL LIGHTS
