I'd like to see more shots of those "CHAIN GANG" rigs in the background.

Yeah, the last year for those hubcaps was 2002. The black trim on the bumpers show that this is either a 19991/2 or a 2000. In 2001, the bumper trim was deleted.

I think that what Jeffro is trying to say is that this is clearly not a 2003 ford cv because these hubcaps featured above ran all the way up to 2002, and then in 2003 the newer style came along.

It depends on what hubcaps you mean.

If you are thinking of the ones on this Huntington Beach PD unit, http://copcardotcom.fotki.com/contributions_by_state/alabama_through_georgia/california/1bell_09.html , with the center hubcap, then it depends on the department or the package ordered. They may want to full hubcaps for the image or just simply did not think to order it. Most departments order the center caps, as they lock onto the lugnuts and have less of a risk of flying off while driving at high speeds or turning like the full caps do, I was driving a 96 CVPI with the hubcaps like above down a freeway when one flew off, kinda funny see it pass the unit in the center median.

If you mean the hubcaps like these in this photo, they are on the 2005?-2006 CVPI Packages, http://copcardotcom.fotki.com/contributions_by_state/hawaii_through_maryland/kentucky/1ivins01.html .

If that is a 2003, would it not have the newer style of hubcaps on it?
