	That is a take-home cruiser assigned to a friend of mine. The car won "Best in Show." He wanted Marauder corners, and installed them, including blue LEDs in place of the cornering lamps. He also prefers a 2000 grille on the 2005 Ford. I believe he also has a set of show-only wheelcovers, which he had not installed at the time of the photo. As stated, MSP troopers are allowed some leeway, and many of them add their own lights and other equipment, such as satelite radio.

	The Commonwealth of MA allows their troopers to keep them full time until a replacement is purchased. During that time they are responsible for their own maintenence of the vehicle. It is very possible the trooper opted to change them out.
