Mark Walter's 1980 Dodge Aspen represents the HANOVER PARK, IL Police, but they won't permit Mark to display their markings even though he is retired from their department.

	Interesting that they were using the red / blue lighting combination in 1980. Most Illinois departments with the exception of CPD didn't add blue until the late 80's.

	Your car reminds me of my very first car back in the early 80's - a used (but solid) rust-free four door Plymouth Volare coated in metallic gold with lug-nut caps on the wheels as well.
