Mesquite Police, Dallas County Sheriff and the Texas Highway Patrol set up an aid station and processing point in Mesquite. Buses had to stop here before going to the two major shelters in Dallas.

Most ambulances in my area have two speakers. It's a "dual tone" set up where wail and yelp can sound at the same time. Or, two wail tones can be used to give an echo effect.

Nice photo - and I just love the pushbar/light/siren setup. But what exactly does a Texas "constable" do?? I see a radar antenna (by the inspection sticker), so I assume that traffic law enforcement is part of the job.
