That's the black rubber gasket that separates the turn signal/sidemarker lens from the headlight. All Caprices have it.

Nice Site but what I am trying to find out is a legal matter that I hope someone can answer for me...

The question... I have a Georgia Firearms License for "Carring deadly weapons" and what I need to find out is that some of the state around or near Georgia allows me to carry a weapon and I want to know if Tennessee is one of them...????
