that is Dave Arnold's restored 1971 Plymouth Fury. You can see additional photos and probably the history of it in his restoration albums. The car is now a California police car.

Be careful Dave! I heard their where some guys stealing cars in that neighborhood. I had my car stolen, and it was a 2002 Chevy Malibu. The last time I saw the car was on ebay and the Mexico City (Mexico) Police bought it.
