He was an honorable, proud police officer for over 35 years, well into his 70s and still patrolling the streets of Bartlett and running circles around the young "whippersnappers". And then they forced him to retire in the mid 1990s. It killed him. Literally. So laugh all you want, Mr. Pingree Grove critic. But Howard Correll was my friend and a good person.
