My guess is a odd color car bought, or just maybe they are going blue. I thought white is what they were using and stuck too since the early 90's. I know raton has cars with this decal and a light color though, but switched to a blue like the above . This is the first ive seen of this in las vegas, nm. It looks like a 2005 or 04 fcv by the rims and body.
