"....I will update when the Chevy Impala completely redesigns....."
Thanks so much Mr. Anonymous. But please don't keep us in suspense any longer than necessary. As soon as Chevy redesigns their sophisticated "technoloy" to make it like a Dodge Charger, please post it here for us all right away.

I will update when the Chevy Impala completely redesigns if I receive the information from someone. On the other hands, I am quite sure that the next generation of the Chevy Impala will completely be different from the current generation of the Chevy Impala. As I had written to this section before, the Impala will have rear-wheel drive and V8. Nonetheless, I am not certain if the Impala receives both V8 and V6 and sophisticated technoloy like the Dodge Charger Police vehicles.

Whereas the civilian version of the Chevy Impala has both V8 and V6, the police version of the Chevy Impala offers only V6. No one knows why GM does not aspire to have V8 for the police version of the Chevy Impala.

The Chevy Impala could feasibly get powerful V8 engine when the Impala becomes rear-wheel drive. As a result, the Impala becomes fairly competitive.

I guess the Wyoming Hwy Patrol did not agree that this is the best looking patrol car because they changed their design to all black with yellow graphics. Either that or they were trying to save money by not having to paint their cars.

That's good news. I hope they make the Impala a little larger and throw a V-8 in it.

When the Chevy Impala makes over in 2009, the Impala becomes rear-wheel drive. Thereby, the future Chevy Impala and long-run Ford Police Interceptor, and Dodge Charger Police cars will be rear-wheel drive. In other words, there will be no front-wheel drive police cars.

Some State Polices and some Highway Patrols had started to use the Chevy Impalas such as the AZ and VA. I wrongly thought that many State Polices and Most Highway Patrols definitely pick long-run Ford Police Interceptors, the Dodge Chargers, Ford Expeditions, or Chevy Tahoes.
Virginia has a bunch of Impalas. I was issued a 2006 unmarked/convert the 1st of Oct. I turned a 2002. Love the 2006. Fast and handles.

The Arizona Highway Patrol has some unmarked new 2006 Chevy Impalas on its freeways in Phoenix. I also heard the Phoenix Police Department in ordering 160 new 2007 Chevy Police Pursuit Tahoes and 60 new 2007 Chevy Police Impalas.

Wyoming Highway Patrol has Ford Police Interceptors, Dodge Chargers, Dodge Durangos, and Chevy Impalas. Most State Police and Highway Patrols do not have Chevy Impalas except Wyoming.

"maryland state police has one of the best looking cars"
Are you saying this because you want the Wyoming Highway Patrol to change their colors? This is not a Maryland car.
