Whats up with those Graphics their kinda old school I thought the NYPD had the caprices say NYPD POLICE on both doors not their crest on one door I know its a 91 but I thought that even the 91s has the NYPD POLICE graphics on both doors

I guess you thought wrong then. They tried several different ways to mark their cars before deciding on one of them in 1994.
