True, but when it lit up the traffic still pulled over. Look at the Michigan State Police. They still have the single red roof light and it does the job fine for them.

Do you really think this 1991 Chevy is still in service? Besides I believe 91 was the last year they used the bubble gum lamp. I believe the 92's had either a Whelen strobe bar or a Jetsonic.
