    If you take the time to look, it says "POLICE CADET".

    Normally when you see a marked police vehicle that has amber lights instead of the red or blue, it is indicative if a vehicle being used by non-sworn personnel such as civilian aides, volunteers or cadets.

    Look on the door. It says "POLICE CADET," get some stronger reading glasses cripes....

    Why does this police car have a yellow light bar, while the others have red/blue light bars? Is this van a traffic unit?
