Germany - Hessen Police

The accident pictures "kassel1 and 2" are from the state of Hessen.
The green car between the police cars was driven ba a drunk and drug
influenced man, who killed a woman by hitting her with the car
intentionally and he also injured another woman. As police tried to stop
him he rammed the police cars.
